Email addresses: If you submit your email through our notification form, we store it securely and use it only to notify you about FocalRecon features and updates.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Our custom activity events measure completed searches, browser saves, alert-waitlist submissions and affiliate clicks without sending search text, email addresses or saved-listing identifiers. Alert-waitlist submissions are not active alerts or purchase confirmations.
Retailer link measurement: We use fixed page-topic and placement labels to understand which retailer links people click. These labels do not include your search text, saved listings, email address, or a personal identifier. Awin processes affiliate referrals under its own privacy policy; qualifying purchases may earn us a commission.
Email addresses are used solely to send FocalRecon product updates. We do not send marketing emails on behalf of third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Favorites are stored locally in your browser, without an account. When you open Saved, the listing identifiers are sent to our server to find matching active listings. We do not store a favorites list on our server. They are specific to that browser and can be removed using the heart buttons or by clearing browser data.
To request deletion of your data, email hello@focalrecon.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
